Job Description We’re on the lookout for passionate, customer-first leaders to shape the culture and success of this exciting new location. We’re currently hiring for the following leadership positions: Store Manager Assistant Store Manager Team Leader Retail Inventory Lead As a leader at Pillow Talk, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our beautiful brand to life in-store. Whether you're driving team performance, creating personalised experiences for our customers, or leading best-in-class stock and inventory processes — you'll make a meaningful impact every day. You’ll be a natural motivator, inspiring your team through coaching, clear communication, and a shared passion for delivering excellence. You’ll foster a warm, inclusive, and high-performing environment where people feel empowered and proud to contribute. A bit about you Experience in a commercial, customer-centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment Strong communicator with a flair for coaching and motivating teams A proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling Passionate about visual presentation, stock accuracy, and creating memorable customer experiences Exposure to high volume, large format retailing Strong delegation with a focus on optimising team productivity Why we think you should consider joining the Pillow Talk Tribe!
