IT Support Officer Role
We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Brisbane team. This role will be responsible for supporting and resolving IT issues, maximizing system availability and customer service.
This varied role looks after:
* IT Helpdesk Support & Project Work:
* Handle user administration
* Resolve national Helpdesk tasks within Service Level
* Support job management system issues
* Monitor and maintain IT assets (hardware/software)
* Systems Maintenance:
* Minimize system downtime, especially for the job management system
* Maintain the communications room and secure device assets
* Manage and implement changes to printers, VoIP, and Google Workspace
* Security Administration:
* Manage user accounts and SSO issues
* Configure Windows and Linux laptops
* Apply security standards to devices
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support - Hardware and Software
* Related degree qualified in an IT related discipline
* Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
* Candidate must have strong customer focus, operational decision making, program and project management skills
