• Monitor and resolve IDOC error messages daily to ensure efficient warehouse operations, collaborating with relevant teams to address issues as they arise

Invoice Validations for Transport Providers
• Perform weekly validations of invoices from six transport providers, ensuring all records are accurate.
• Manage the weekly processing of transport invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the financial system while maintaining organized records.
POD Uploads (Transport)
• Oversee the weekly upload of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support accurate record-keeping and operational integrity.
Administrative Support for Write-OAs/Donations
• Prepare and submit monthly approval requests for write-oAs and donations, maintaining thorough records for reporting and auditing purposes.
Responsibilities

* Invoice Validation (Warehouse) — Validate warehouse invoices monthly for accuracy and compliance; resolve discrepancies with 3PL as needed.
* Invoice Validations for Transport Providers — Weekly validation of invoices from six transport providers; ensure records are accurate and processed timely.
* POD Uploads (Transport) — Weekly upload of POD documents to support record-keeping and operational integrity.
* Administrative Support for Write-OAs/Donations — Prepare and submit monthly approval requests; maintain records for reporting and auditing.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles.
* Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction with stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
