Skills and Experience required:
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
* Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of diverse Defence business areas.
* Familiarity with current industry standards for effective Level 1 Helpdesk support.
* Knowledge and experience in identifying and analysing system performance issues and user support challenges.
* Flexible approach to working across a variety of tasks within a small team environment.
* Strong time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
