About the School
Ipswich East State School is located in the Ipswich Region of South East Queensland. Established in 1958, Ipswich East State School makes a difference to ensure that together, we can achieve. Through teaching we empower students to be able to experience success in their lives. Currently the school has a student population of approximately 380 students from Prep to Year 6. The school draws the majority of its students from East Ipswich, North Booval and Basin Pocket. The full range of curriculum areas are well catered for with a special education program also being offered.

As the Principal, you will have responsibility for the following:
