They have a wide network of operations across all of Victoria and are known for their commitment to safety and their employee first approach. This role will offer 3 days in the office and 2 days from home and is based in Frankston.Job DescriptionSuccessfully partner with business unit leaders to ensure all safety protocols are met.Conduct risk assessments and safety audits regularly and report back any potential hazards.Provide safety training and awareness sessions for the staff.Investigate and report any health and safety incidents.Participate in safety reporting meetings to managers and executives.Monitor sub-contractor compliance with safety procedures and policies.Provide advice and guidance on health and safety matters.The Successful ApplicantA successful Health & Safety candidate will be able to demonstrate:Experience in a similar role within a health and safety role.Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards.Exceptional communication skills to relay safety procedures and standards.Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.Capability to deliver safety training and awareness programs.Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly.What's on OfferSalary range of $110K - $115K plus superannuation.3 days in office and 2 at home.Permanent, full-time role.Frankston location.
