Workforce Extensions is proud to be partnering with a newly established insurance brokerage that is launching operations in Geelong. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the ground level and play a key role in helping shape its internal processes and client experience from day one.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Officer who can step confidently into a hands on role supporting clients and brokers across a broad range of insurance matters. This position is not sales focused, but rather centred on high quality client management, compliance and administration.
About the Role
In this senior position, you will be responsible for the end to end management of client insurance requirements.
Key duties will include:
* Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a primary point of contact
* Preparing and issuing insurance quotes across relevant product lines
* Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
* Ensuring all documentation and activities meet industry compliance standards
* Liaising with insurers, underwriters and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate client records and policy information
* Managing a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail
* Supporting the ongoing development of systems and procedures as the business grows
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in an insurance administration or client services role
* Tier 1 insurance qualification or Diploma-level qualification (essential)
* Strong knowledge of compliance requirements within the insurance industry
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* A client first mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, reliable approach and the confidence to work autonomously
