What You'll Be Doing:
This role is more than just tools and tasks — you'll be a culture leader, mentor and team
organiser, working closely with the operations manager and crew.
* Lead and support a team of tradespeople and apprentices
* Run weekly toolbox meetings and help with training
* Complete 20 min catchups
* Quote jobs and inspect vehicles and gear
* Communicate with management and clients
* Maintain high standards and uphold company values
* Be hands-on when needed on new build, maintenance and commercial plumbing jobs
* Attend training sessions to continue developing your leadership skills
What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified Plumber and Gasfitter (Australian-certified)
* TMV and Backflow certification (preferred but not essential)
* Proven team leadership or site management experience
* Strong communicator and motivator
* Excellent new build plumbing skills
* A clean manual NSW Driver's Licence
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Takes pride in producing quality work
* Positive, can-do attitude and good sense of humour
