This company is one of the largest general insurance groups in Australia and New Zealand and are known for a highly customer focused approach in everything they do. We currently have a 12 month fixed term contract based in West Perth for a Client Service Consultant.
**Your new role**
- Responding to queries on client accounts from amendments to modifications to insurances policies
- Providing administration support to Area Manager, Account Manager & Authorised Representatives
- Completing insurance quotes, renewals, and client retention calls
- Maintain outstanding debtors to ensure debts are managed in line with KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong client and agent relationships
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, and drive to participate in a positive team environment
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to make decisions and work within business rules and processes
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work to targets
- Understanding of general insurance industry is a bonus but not essential
