As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant.
You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager with full-time availability.
Responsibilities
Lead a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
Deliver exceptional customer service in the food hospitality environment
Proactively communicate with the team and stakeholders
Inspire, lead, and develop your team
Support inventory and financial management as required
Qualifications
What we're looking for: We'll provide you with the support required to get the mechanics and operational understanding right; what we're looking for is a great attitude, maturity, and a passion for people and food.
QLD approved Certified RSA License
Current and approved First Aid and CPR Certificate
QLD approved Food Safety Certificate
