Position
* Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences.
* Prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.
* Deliver exceptional service to staff, residents, and guests.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
* Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Requirements
* A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* Experience in fast‐paced environments, ideally in remote site kitchens.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques.
* High‐volume catering experience, including bulk catering and function/banquet service.
* Updated national police clearance not more than three months in age.
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical with drug and alcohol screening.
