Retail operations coordinator

Key responsibilities for this role include supporting the operational efficiency of retail assets on a daily basis.


Primary Functions:

* Administer finance, interact with tenants, oversee lease administration, and handle general office duties
* Assist in contractor services, monitor vendor performance, and undertake minor repairs as needed
* Nurture positive relationships with tenants and address their requests promptly
* Act as a central point of contact for suppliers, tenants, and customers


Essential Requirements:

* Prior administrative experience within a dynamic office environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
* A high degree of attention to detail is required for accurate data entry and reporting purposes
* Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are necessary
