About the Opportunity
A permanent full‐time Food & Beverage Supervisor opportunity is available within the Bistro at RACV City Club.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, this role is responsible for the day‐to‐day leadership and smooth operation of the Bistro, overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure a consistently high standard of service for members and guests.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and supervise daily Food & Beverage operations within the Bistro
* Oversee and support Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure service standards are consistently met
* Act as a key operational point of contact for members, guests and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate staffing, service flow and daily priorities to ensure smooth operations
* Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional and engaged team culture
* Support training, coaching and development of team members
* Ensure compliance with service standards, policies and procedures
What you'll need to be successful
* Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role within a Bistro, restaurant or premium hospitality environment
* Experience within a 4–5 star hotel, club or resort highly regarded
* Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* A confident, hands‐on leadership style with a focus on team development
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality
* Flexibility to work a rotating 7‐day roster, including evenings and weekends
