About the role

This role leads, supervises and coordinates the Development Support Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and technology-enabled services. With a strong focus on digital optimisation, the role drives smarter workflows, builds staff capability, and partners across Council to deliver practical, technology-led solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing team capability, fostering collaborative relationships, implementing digital improvements, and solving complex business challenges to support efficient and effective service delivery.

Remuneration

$92,085.76 - $103,136.80 + 12% Superannuation

Qualifications and experience

* Demonstrated knowledge, skills and extensive experience in providing high-level administrative and technology-enabled support.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team with a high level of initiative and motivation.
* Supervisory experience including managing workflows through a high-volume administrative team, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
* Experience in business papers and public meeting minutes functions.
* Experience in corporate reporting including statistical data, invoicing, and financial adjustments.
