Facilities Coordinator - Onsite Role at JLL
Responsibilities
- Manage the provision of facilities services in a Commonwealth-Owned Property within the designated WoAG portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff and key tenant representatives located in the property.
- Manage the day-to-day client activities for one large property based out of Mickleham. Keep the property ready and in excellent condition.
- This position will assist the Manager Operations – Centres for National Resilience to deliver the full range of services for the Entity.
- 80% on-site field work including site general repairs, doors, facade and vehicle cleaning, painting, inspections, reporting; 20% understanding of site requirements and operational needs.
- Mitigate risks and enhance compliance through regular monitoring and protocol adherence.
- Oversee work teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Perform scheduled tasks, conduct site inspections, minor repairs, and maintenance planning.
- Deliver performance reports, identify service gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Identify enhancements to improve cost, quality, safety, and customer service.
- Provide technical solutions and maintain service quality standards.
- Identify and communicate hazards while ensuring personnel competency.
- Manage subcontractor engagement, performance, and building inspection adherence.
Qualifications
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will need strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to manage building operations independently while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining punctual, well-presented, and reliable skilled standards at all times.
