As a key member of the operations team, you will assist the Operations Manager with implementing a safety management system, updating policies and procedures for new projects. This is a hands-on role working across multiple sites, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide health and safety training to staff members.
2. Monitor and negotiate conflict resolutions in a fair and professional manner.
3. Disseminate health and safety information to employees through various channels.
4. Prepare reports for Management on safety performance and incidents.
5. Develop and maintain an occupational workplace health and safety system that meets regulatory requirements.
6. Assist with emergency plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
7. Promote a culture of occupational workplace health and safety throughout the organization.

Requirements:

* Three years of experience in a similar role.
* Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Exceptional knowledge of workplace Occupational Workplace Health & Safety.
* Incident investigation qualifications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
