For our Healthcare division we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative in New South Wales to join our highly motivated team. If you enjoy a challenge and have experience in medical capital equipment sales, this role is perfect for you.
Your main responsibility is to grow our existing presence in the healthcare market, and you are required to strengthen relationships with medical professionals to develop both an understanding of their operations, clinical requirements and business objectives to effectively position a solution with our quality products and superior service.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:
- Self-motivated with excellent productive time management to achieve sales targets of the medical capital equipment portfolio.
- Represent the company at various conferences, committees and business meetings to promote our healthcare range, work on creating positive relations with our customers, partners and distributors.
- Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories and other sources
- Participate in product launch plans, marketing, promotions and communications.
- Acquiring and updating knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
- Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
- Plan sales calls and follow up meetings with customers to ensure superior support and customer satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising.
- Proven and successful record of new business development sales in medical capital equipment.
- Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services
- Sales professional who develops and maintains relationships across an extended sales cycle.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have at 1-2 years' experience and have a relevant qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's degree in business/sales or electronics)
On offer is an annual gross salary package of between $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation. Not forgetting to mention the opportunity to join a global leader with a focus on long term employment.
This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
