**THE ROLE**:
Are you an early bird looking to showcase your exceptional guest service skills and coffee-making expertise? We have an opportunity to welcome a passionate Team Leader into our Breakfast operations within Crystalbrook Kingsley.
**ABOUT YOU**:
Providing an experience at a level beyond what guests expect, you have an ability to easily chat and welcome guests into our venue, can share your knowledge of Newcastle, and run a smooth service - All without breaking a sweat!
Your many talents include:
- A passionate food and beverage professional with proven experience working in a café or restaurant, with barista coffee making skills.
- A master of creating a memorable and warm guest experiences. You ooze personality and charm.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You champion guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional dishes through teamwork and collaboration.
- An invested team player who contributes to a positive work ethic. You ensure a safe and efficient breakfast operation, and can manage the demands of a high-functioning service with ease.
- Available to work 4-5 days per week, with an early morning start.
