The Position
The People Partnering Administrator plays a key role in HR operations, employee lifecycle administration and onboarding. This role supports the administration of the People Partnering team, through the management of the people inbox, processing internal employee changes and maintaining accurate records in HR systems. This role also oversees the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new employees.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Employee Changes – Liaise with internal stakeholders to process internal changes. This includes drafting and issuing paperwork, updating the company’s HR Information System (HRIS), and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Coordinate onboarding and induction – ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation by coordinating new employee onboarding. This includes the scheduling and coordination of company inductions, setting up new employees with access to training and development, coordination of all new starter engagement activities and supporting leaders to manage probation periods.
Central People inbox Management – Respond to employee queries, including providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and escalating complex issues as required.
People Partnering Administration – Maintain employee files and all employee data within the company HRIS. Prepare and distribute routine reporting and support process improvements when required.
Early Careers Administration – provide leaders with additional administrative support for early careers programs, including apprenticeships and work experience programs. This includes drafting agreements and training contracts, as well as liaising with training providers, schools and internal stakeholders to ensure program compliance. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
About You
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar.
Experience in a fast-paced corporate or large-scale environment.
Familiarity with HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance – Baseline
