**Account Manager - Automotive, Consumer Partners Division | 12 months contract | Perth**

**You'll be responsible for**
- Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans of Partner accounts to achieve Sales revenue / Sales quota targets.
- Implementing and using appropriate sales methodologies, strategic selling practices and effective negotiation skills.
- Working closely with Partners to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
- Developing additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget targets while managing income and expense budgets.
- Acting as the main interface when required between the Partner and the organisation, to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seek the opportunity to participate in Partners' strategic business planning processes.
**About you**
- Extensive experience in relationship / account management
- Experience within the motor insurance industry (desirable) or other types of insurance
- Ability to document and understand market and Partner requirements to identify, pursue and close business development opportunities that contribute to the profitability of the organisation.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
