Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth.
* Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
* Manage store inventory, visual merchandising and stock management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced retail store.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales and profit targets.
