We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Insurance Broker Support Specialist.
This role involves providing exceptional client service and stakeholder management, with a focus on developing insurance careers.
The successful candidate will have experience working within the commercial insurance sector as a broker or similar, and possess strong relationship and communication skills.
In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work from home and from our office, allowing for a great work-life balance.
You will be responsible for assisting with client account portfolio management, working directly alongside client managers, and managing client queries and being a subject matter expert for all their portfolio needs.
Additionally, you will attend client meetings, manage relationships with insurers, and provide leadership and training to service specialists.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to progress into the position of Account Executive.
