The Communications Advisor – Strategic Projects drives a single, integrated communication and engagement approach across strategic projects. This is a 12-month role based in our Support Office in Hawthorn East, offering flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities include: Developing an overarching narrative and providing internal communication advisory support for two key strategic projects: Best Life 2030 (Benetas’ five-year business strategy) and Project BEACON (Benetas’ approach to implementing its legislative and regulatory framework). Providing strategic advice and proactive internal communications planning and delivery for transformation activities. Producing high-quality, engaging communication outputs that keep team members engaged and informed and highlight progress. Ensuring that each initiative is appropriately positioned through consistent messaging and tone, in line with a broader program rollout schedule. Monitoring and evaluating communication metrics to provide timely and meaningful analysis. About you To be successful in this role you will need: Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations or similar Extensive experience working in an internal communications role supporting transformation programs. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across multiple channels. A strategic mindset, creative flair and strong attention to detail All persons at Benetas will need to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be eligible for employment or engagement.
