Project Director – Fitout & Refurbishment Projects
This is a senior leadership role for a proven delivery professional who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering projects to the highest standard.
You’ll oversee multiple live projects across the commercial sector — guiding strategy from pre‑construction through to handover; influencing design, methodology, cost outcomes and team performance.

What You’ll Lead
* Client relationships — be the trusted partner and escalation point across time, cost and quality
* Project performance — budgets, forecasting, claims, reporting, margin management
* Delivery — programming, procurement, design management, risk mitigation and stakeholder management
* WHS & compliance — uphold a high-performance safety culture across all sites
* People — mentor PMs, CAs and site teams; build capability and alignment to company values
* Buildability & quality — champion efficient methodology, defect‑free delivery and seamless handovers
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as Project Director / Construction Manager / Senior PM operating at full project ownership
* Strength in client management, commercial performance and leadership
* Deep knowledge of head contract/subcontract management and procurement
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risk and protect margin
* Systems experience (Aconex / Procore / Project Centre / MS Project advantageous)
