Our organisation is seeking an experienced individual to provide one-on-one support to clients with complex care needs, dementia, seniors, and people living with a disability. Our services help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes.
* Providing daily living assistance, focusing on engagement and support for personal care, community access, domestic assistance, and more.
* Working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services.
The ideal candidate has current industry knowledge and skills, excellent communication skills, strong time management ability, flexibility, and willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, or Disability.
* Current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Card.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Australian drivers license and reliable vehicle.
