The role
Overview
We are seeking three experienced Test Analysts to support a major Utilities program. The ideal candidates will bring strong domain knowledge in the Utilities sector along with hands‐on experience in SAP and/or Field Service Management (FSM) platforms. Experience with Salesforce Field Service is highly desirable. These roles will contribute to end‐to‐end testing activities across a large transformation program, ensuring high‐quality delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and field service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test cases across functional, integration, system, and regression testing phases.
- Analyse business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business SMEs, developers, and project teams to validate system functionality.
- Document defects, track resolution, and ensure retesting is completed within project timelines.
- Support test planning, test reporting, and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions as required.
- Ensure testing aligns with program standards, compliance requirements, and quality frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst within Utilities or related industries.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to Utilities (e.g., IS‐U, PM, CRM, Billing, Work Management).
- Experience with Field Service Management platforms.
- Salesforce Field Service experience is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work in fast‐paced, multi‐vendor project environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with automation tools or frameworks.
- Knowledge of integration testing across enterprise systems.
