About the Role – Concrete Supervisor / Leading Hand / Foreman
Jack Thorpe Constructions is seeking an Experienced Concrete Supervisor to lead our crews across residential, commercial, and rural concrete projects.
This role is hands on and is ideal for a Concrete Foreman, Concrete Leading Hand, or Senior Concreter ready to step into a leadership position.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising day-to-day operations on slab construction projects
* Coordinating crews, materials, equipment, and site scheduling
* Ensuring high quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency
* Communicating clearly with team members, clients, and management
* Working hands-on when required
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated supervisor who:
* Has 3–5+ years concreting experience with leadership duties
* Is skilled in slab prep, pours, screeding, finishing, and site coordination
* Must demonstrate all listed concreting skills including slab preparation, pours, screeding, finishing, and site coordination
* Communicates well and works effectively within a team
* Leads by example with pride and professionalism
* Wants a stable, long-term career in the construction and concreting industry
* Must have Australian work rights for this position
