About the role
As an Educator, you will support children's learning and wellbeing through engaging, play-based experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. You will work as part of a collaborative team, contribute to the planning cycle and documentation, and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues.
You may also have the opportunity to support different age groups depending on service needs, which is ideal if you enjoy variety and being the calm, capable person who helps the room run smoothly.
What you will bring
* Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), completed prior to October 2025
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, plus a valid Queensland Blue Card
* Ideally, at least 12 months of full-time experience in a similar setting
* A genuine commitment to creating safe, inclusive environments where children feel secure and supported
* Confidence in partnering with families and contributing positively within a team
* A practical, proactive attitude and pride in going the extra step
* Availability for full-time hours and willingness to work a rotating roster
