Job Description

We currently have two casual opportunities available - one supporting our buffet breakfast service, and one for à la carte lunch and dinner in our signature restaurant.
As a Demi Chef
* Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes with flawless execution and attention to timing.
* Support the Chef de Partie in delivering elegant, French-inspired cuisine across buffet or à la carte service.
* Collaborate with a passionate kitchen team to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, HACCP, organisation, and efficiency.
* Contribute to a culture of creativity, teamwork, and pride in every service.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
* Qualified Demi Chef with previous experience in luxury hotels or premium dining.
* Passion for either breakfast buffet or à la carte dining, showcasing precision and flair.
* Appreciation for French-inspired flavours, fresh local produce, and seasonal creativity.
* Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and event schedules as required.
