Senior Environmental Health Officer Role:
The role involves delivering complex regulatory and non-regulatory environmental health services across Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service and Central West Hospital and Health Service to protect, promote and prevent risks to the community arising from environmental health hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enforce Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998
* Hold a tertiary degree qualification accredited by the Environmental Health Australia or deemed eligible for appointment by the Queensland Health Environmental Health Officer Appointments Review Committee
* Hold a Certificate IV in investigation or Bachelor of Law (desirable)
