About the Position:
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious cleaning professional to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our iron ore mining site in Geraldton, Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness of fixed plant areas, workshops, amenities, and remote facilities by implementing effective cleaning strategies.
* Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasks using high-pressure equipment for heavy mobile machinery and fixed plant equipment.
* Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment while ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in industrial or mine site cleaning, preferably in iron ore or similar environments.
* Strong knowledge of dust control and management practices for iron-rich residues.
* Physical ability to work in hot, dusty, and remote conditions with minimal supervision.
