In this role, you will spearhead our efforts in sourcing top talent and cultivating strong partnerships within the Children, Youth and Families, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, and Vulnerable People sectors. This role will involve; Lead recruitment teams in developing effective candidate sourcing strategies, creating compelling job advertisements, and conducting thorough candidate screenings and assessments. Supervise job interview coordination and offer negotiation processes, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction. Cultivate a proactive approach in building professional networks, seeking referrals, and executing business development strategies to expand client base. Strategically grow portfolios by identifying and developing relationships with high-yield clients, executing effective business development strategies to achieve targeted outcomes. Implement performance management processes, including setting clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, and addressing performance issues promptly and constructively. Allocate and manage budgets effectively to support team growth, optimize business development efforts, and achieve financial targets. The requirements for this role include; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in client development and relationship management within the recruitment industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
