Job Description:
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for sales and service enquiries, working closely with our sales teams to provide tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to manage a variety of enquiries
* Preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing customer orders while supporting our sales teams
* Coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process, including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders
* Managing relationships with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
* The ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
* A proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
* High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
