Install Technician / Dispenser Installer / Warehouse All-Rounder (Hybrid Role)

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on all-rounder who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across installation, warehouse operations, and delivery. If you take pride in practical work and want each day to be different, this hybrid role is an excellent fit.
About the Role
This position combines several operational functions to support our customers and internal teams:
• Install Technician / Dispenser Installer
Install, service and troubleshoot a range of equipment including:
* Chemical dosing and dispensing units
* Paper towel dispensers
* Soap and sanitiser dispensers
* Other hygiene and cleaning systems commonly used in childcare centres and commercial facilities
• Warehouse Pick & Pack
Prepare orders, manage stock, support warehouse organisation, and assist with daily operational flow.
• Delivery Driver
Deliver products and equipment safely and professionally to childcare centres and commercial clients using a company vehicle.
You'll be placed where operational needs are highest, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and maintain chemical dispensing units and hygiene dispensers
* Conduct basic troubleshooting, repairs and onsite support
* Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately
* Assist with warehouse duties including stock rotation and loading/unloading
* Deliver goods to customer sites with excellent customer service
* Follow WHS procedures and maintain safe work practices
* Communicate effectively with the operations team to manage workload
About You
* Practical, hands-on and confident using tools
* Experience in installation, warehouse or delivery work (any combination welcome)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
* Full Australian driver's licence
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks
* Comfortable working in childcare environments and commercial settings
