Responsibilities:
* Admin & Office: Run day-to-day office operations, document control, meeting coordination, and reporting. Keep data clean across our systems and uphold privacy and security policies.
* Sales Support & CRM: Prepare quotes, track enquiries, keep the CRM accurate, and help with reports and KPIs. Maintain professional client communication end-to-end.
* Operations Support: Coordinate schedules, logistics, job tracking, and registers for vehicles, equipment, and stock. Help with WHS audits and documentation.
* HR Admin: Manage onboarding and offboarding, contracts, licences, and training records. Maintain BrightHR. Support timesheets, leave, and payroll coordination with the bookkeeper.
* PA to Director: Manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and confidential documents. Assist with permits and business development admin.
What you bring
* Certificate IV in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in office admin, HR coordination, or operations support
* Confident with MS Office and modern CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar), BrightHR, and job management tools
* Understanding of WHS legislation and workplace safety procedures (desirable)
* Clear written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder liaison
* Professional, organised, detail-focused, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
* High integrity and confidentiality
* Unrestricted right to work in Australia
