What You'll Do
* Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire a fresh crew to deliver exceptional customer service and flawless sushi preparation.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including strict adherence to procedures from start to finish.
* Financial Management: Manage inventory, control budgets, and implement strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, presentation, and quality standards.

Essential Requirements
* Proven management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
* Demonstrated hands-on knife mastery and a high level of skill in sushi and sashimi preparation.
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* Valid Driver's License and reliable transport, essential for early morning starts.
* Flexibility and availability for a rotating seven-day roster.
