We're on the lookout for a Yacht Broker to join the World Wide Boat Brokers team
WWBB is a premium recreational and commercial yacht brokerage specialising in new and pre-owned vessels, with four offices across Queensland and our headquarters on the Sunshine Coast.
It's about building relationships and helping clients find their perfect boat. You'll be driven, proactive, and focused on sourcing listings, connecting buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and delivering seamless, stress-free sales.

What you'll be doing:
Prospecting and listing boats
Managing sellers and connecting buyers
Conducting viewings, sea trials, and surveys
Negotiating deals and preparing sales documentation
Attending boat shows, VIP events, and networking opportunities
Travelling to HQ or other locations when necessary
The candidate:
Friendly, self-motivated, energetic and confident
Has sales experience (marine industry experience advantageous)
Is passionate about boats
Excellent negotiation, communication & personable skills
Holds strong core morals and integrity
Delivers exceptional client service
Is a team player and willing to grow with WWBB
Professional & well-presented
Must have drivers license (Boat license also desirable)
