OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Passenger Services Manager is responsible for managing dnata Passenger Services for our clients to ensure an efficient and effective service that meets and exceeds the company’s and clients’ expectations in Sydney.

The Passenger Services Manager will handle the day-to-day complexities of business issues and stakeholder demands within sensitive and constrained environments.
This is a full-time position based at Sydney International Airport.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver a client-centric, commercially focused operation, managing all work areas during operational days.
2. Manage, monitor, and evaluate Ground Handling and Service Level Agreements.
3. Engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery of diverse expectations and interests.
4. Develop and implement communication plans and business strategies to foster a customer-centric culture.
5. Create and manage effective rosters and budgets to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality outcomes.
6. Develop and monitor business processes and SOPs ensuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and company policies.
7. Provide quality metrics and reporting on key business issues.
8. Promote a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance.
Essential Criteria
1. Leadership experience with a customer-centric approach and ability to promote a service culture.
2. People management experience.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with excellent presentation abilities.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
5. Experience in engaging and influencing staff to meet stakeholder expectations.
6. Experience in a regulated industry, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
7. Business acumen, including financial and budget management, and experience in driving cultural and business improvements.
Desirable Criteria
1. Tertiary qualification in Aviation Management or Business Administration.
2. Aviation or Airline industry experience.
