About your new team…
Due to internal changes, we're excited to welcome a new People & Culture Coordinator into our People Services team on a 12‑month contract. We're looking for someone who's curious, adaptable, ready to grow and of course passionate about P&C.
Our People Services team is the engine room of P&C and Payroll. We're a centre of excellence supporting HR, systems, processes, and employee lifecycle activities across the business. With new platforms like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow rolling out, this is a fantastic time to join a team that's shaping the future of how we work.
About the Role…
As a P&C Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our digital‑first approach to People & Culture. You'll partner with P&C, Payroll, and Systems specialists to deliver a seamless employee experience — ensuring every interaction is accurate, timely, and meaningful.
This role is perfect for someone who loves detail, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing…
* Supporting P&C Operations: Manage employee lifecycle transactions and queries with accuracy, speed, and care.
* Onboarding New Starters: Lead the onboarding experience for our Australian team — setting people up for success from day one.
* Responding to ServiceNow Queries: Resolve first‑level enquiries within SLA and escalate when needed.
* Partnering with Payroll: Work closely with our payroll team to ensure smooth, accurate processes.
* Maintaining Data Integrity: Keep our people data clean, accurate, and reliable through attention to detail and proactive testing.
* Empowering Self‑Service: Coach employees and leaders to use our digital tools confidently.
* Improving Processes: Spot opportunities to streamline, simplify, and enhance the employee experience.
Who You Are
You're someone who brings positive energy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others. You enjoy variety, can juggle multiple tasks, and love being part of a team that gets things done.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in HR, administration, or a similar role
* A desire to grow your career in People & Culture (HR qualifications are a bonus, not a must)
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels
* Great organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office is a plus
What's in it for you?
* Getting your foot in the door with one of the world's most recognisable brands.
* Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends (including Coca-Cola, Mount Franklin, Monster, and more).
* Access to our corporate benefits including Fitness Passport & discounts with our many diverse customers including Microsoft, Lenovo, Hertz, GoGet and Estee Lauder.
* Free counselling for you and your family via our EAP helpline as part of our commitment to well-being.
