Position Overview
The Infrastructure Advisor provides strategic and operational support for facilities planning, capital investment, and asset management across a diverse portfolio. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the role delivers expert consultancy services to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and service delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver client-focused facilities advice to schools, regional offices, and community centres
* Provide high-level guidance on planning, investment, and asset lifecycle management
* Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery
* Prepare reports, ministerial briefings, and operational documentation
* Monitor capital works and maintenance projects against scope, budget, and quality benchmarks
* Conduct audits and contribute to continuous improvement of asset governance
* Support professional development initiatives for regional staff
* Apply standardised business practices and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning
