Kimberley Green Constructions is a locally owned and operated building company based in Kununurra, Western Australia. We have been building for 28 years and undertake a variety of private and commercial construction works throughout the picturesque East & West Kimberley.
We are seeking 3 Casual Carpenters to join our team for a remote project in The Kimberley. Our projects are varied and will include most facets of construction in unique locations!
Responsibilities
* Construction of new commercial buildings
* Home building, renovations, demolition and refurbishment projects
* Completing maintenance and repair jobs
* Opportunities to undertake remote construction work, with the ability to earn higher hourly rate, all meals and accommodation provided
* Mix of town and remote work available to suit the applicant
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Trade Qualification in Carpentry
* White card
* Must hold an open driver\'s licence
* Willingness to undergo a police check if required
* Welding skills an advantage for top end building
* Established company with great hourly rates
* Opportunity to develop a wide range of skills on start to finish builds
* Long term employment available, short term travelers also welcome to apply
* Flexible small team environment, who enjoy boating, camping & fishing on the weekends
* Explore the amazing East & West Kimberley (fishing, remote coastline, camping, 4x4, waterfalls)
* A fully equipped tool trailer is available for use
* Ideally we are looking for someone who is looking to live in The Kimberley, however will consider short term for the right person as we have work ready to start.
* Please note that this is not a FIFO position.
* Shared staff accommodation available on site at a reduced rate.
* We are seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible or start of January.
