The Role We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to spearhead the design, execution, and optimization of our growth and affiliate programs. This role is ideal for a data-driven, process-oriented operator who understands performance marketing, affiliate management, and scalable growth strategies. You will play a crucial role in expanding KAST's reach by optimizing growth channels and driving user acquisition.
What You'll Do Growth Strategy Execution : Implement and optimize data-driven growth strategies across various channels, including partnerships, referrals, and incentive programs. Operational Efficiency : Develop systems and processes that enable seamless execution of marketing campaigns, affiliate tracking, and performance analysis. Channel Performance Measurement : Bring together all of the various marketing channels and standardize and report the success of each, using 3rd party applications to gain relevant insights on things like affiliate performance. Data & Analytics : Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, provide insights, and refine growth initiatives based on data-driven decisions. Affiliate Program Architecture : Iterate, and scale an affiliate program to drive customer acquisition and retention. Develop tracking mechanisms, optimize incentive structures, and build strong relationships with key affiliates. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of growth initiatives across the company. Market Research & Experimentation : Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and retention through market analysis and A/B testing. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or operations roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, or payments. Proven track record of designing and managing successful affiliate programs that drive measurable business impact. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data tools relevant to a consumer finance application. Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. Experience working with multiple marketing systems and tools, and implementing best-practice marketing analytics in a B2C fintech environment. Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
