Work closely with a service desk team to coordinate and engage relevant tradesmen for works to be carried out when necessary and ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correct building practices and procedures adhered to at all times.
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs and alert the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements for the role:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service within the Building and Construction or relevant trade.
2. Working knowledge in repairs and maintenance.
3. Ability to manage own time to meet agreed timeframe and projects and able to work on tasks autonomously.
4. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel).
5. Demonstrates a strong solutions-focused approach to work and problem-solving skills.
6. Exhibits self-motivation and takes responsibility for actions.
7. Demonstrates excellent accuracy and attention to detail when updating systems.
8. Demonstrates an ability to build rapport and effective working relationships with team members, internal and external stakeholders.
9. Demonstrates a positive, willingness to learn and ability to follow directions from team members.
