This role presents an opportunity to be involved in the upkeep and maintenance of various estates, requiring the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of grounds management principles and practices.
The primary objective of this position is to provide routine grounds maintenance services, ensuring that the overall aesthetic appeal of the estates is maintained at all times.

* Supporting the leading hand (land management) by providing essential grounds maintenance activities and ensuring the upkeep of estates.
* Delivering high-quality grounds and gardens performance.
* Maintaining the grounds and gardens to the highest standards.
* Identifying and managing risks associated with grounds maintenance.
Key requirements for this role include:
* Experience in grounds maintenance and knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems.
* Agricultural chemical distribution and control (AC/DC) certification and ChemCert certificate.
* Medium or heavy rigid truck licence and chainsaw operators licence or certificate.
* Current open driver's licence.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory).
