Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Field Support Specialist to join our team, based in NSW. In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding customer service and hands-on IT support to clinic staff and doctors across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver responsive desktop and hardware support for computers, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and telephony systems.
* Travel to clinics across NSW to resolve IT incidents, complete installations, and support project rollouts.
* Support and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) and assist with software and hardware deployments.
* Provide technical input and hands-on support for new IT projects, including clinic setups, RIS/PACS upgrades, and system enhancements.
* Maintain and support RIS/PACS, Active Directory, and clinical systems.
* Participate in incident management, service requests, and escalations.
* Work after hours and weekends when required for project work and critical issues.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in IT field support or service desk, ideally in a healthcare setting.
* Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and customer service skills.
* Experience with Windows environments, SOEs, imaging tools, Active Directory, and general desktop support.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
* Full, unrestricted Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle.
* Willingness to travel regionally and stay overnight as needed.
