Executive Business Officer, Planning & Delivery
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency
Details: The Executive Business Officer is responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Branch Manager, Planning and Delivery and the wider branch within Transport Canberra.
Reporting to the Executive Branch Manager, the Executive Business Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of Branch activities, liaising directly with the Branch Manager and Senior Management team, alongside collaborating with the wider executive assistant cohort and a range of internal and external stakeholders. The duties of the Business Officer will include coordination of a consistently high volume of incoming and outgoing actions ensuring they are managed in a timely manner, diary and inbox prioritisation, and coordination and distribution of Branch wide communication and engagement activities.
The Executive Business Officer will also provide administrative support in preparing meeting papers, minutes, briefs as well as facilitation of ministerial correspondence in addition to a range of administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Knowledge of the operations of Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate would be an advantage.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Objective records management system and ACT Government invoicing systems such as PMARS and APIAS (or similar) would be an advantage.
* Highly developed efficiency and experience in the Microsoft suite of software, keyboard skills and task tracking methodology.
* Well-developed skills and capabilities required to support a fast-paced Branch.
