About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO.

* Ensure the Executive Team are efficiently supported in their delivery of organization initiatives.
* Provide quality and timely assistance in managing schedules and requirements of the Executive office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support:
o Proactively manage inbox and diary, travel coordination, and administrative tasks for the CEO.
o Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate key meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions are completed to a high standard.
o Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO Office.
2. Stakeholder and Office Management:
o Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, Executive Team, staff, and government entities.
o Support broader office operations, including onboarding, general administration, and providing reciprocal backup support with the Administration Lead.
3. Strategic and Project Support:
o Collaborate on strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
o Coordinate with external marketing and communications providers to support aligned, high-quality campaigns and messaging.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A minimum of 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant.
* A proven track record of supporting senior leaders within either a corporate or non-for-profit environment.
* Your ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional administrative acumen and delivery.
* Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional presence.
* Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Board experience and advanced MS Office skills.
* Ability to 'read the room' and act with sensitivity and intuition to make things happen.
* Proficiency across other online collaboration tools.
