About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and professional Travelling Beauty Therapist to join our retail spa team. In this role, you'll deliver our signature facials and spa treatments, consult on skin needs, and create exceptional customer experiences aligned with Jurlique's wellness philosophy. You will also play a key role in driving client loyalty, product recommendations, and retail performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and connect with clients through Jurlique's signature customer journey
* Conduct expert consultations and skin analysis
* Educate clients on Jurlique's natural ingredients, rituals, and wellness story
* Recommend personalised treatments and homecare plans
* Build relationships and encourage rebooking and customer loyalty
Treatment Delivery
* Perform Jurlique signature facial treatments and protocols to a high standard
* Ensure treatment areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
* Manage pre- and post-treatment protocols, including consultation forms and follow-ups
Sales & Performance
* Consistently achieve treatment and retail sales targets
* Provide genuine product recommendations based on individual skin needs
* Promote Jurlique Insiders, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions
Teamwork & Culture
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
* Maintain strong working relationships with team members and leadership
* Uphold Jurlique's brand values and service excellence
Operations & Admin
* Assist with appointment bookings (Timely system), POS, and reporting
* Support gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and store presentation
* Participate in store-wide initiatives and events
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (recognised in Australia)
* Valid Driver's License (recognised in Australia)
* Passionate about natural skincare, wellbeing, and sustainability
* Outstanding customer service and sales skills
* Professional presentation and confident communication
* Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
Desirable
* Previous experience in a premium retail or spa environment
* Familiarity with holistic therapies (e.g. aromatherapy, facial massage)
* Experience using consultation/booking systems (e.g. Timely, POS)
