Where you'll be working
Location is based at The Hills Community Health Centre but you may be required to work across other Community Health sites including Parramatta, Auburn, Merrylands, Blacktown, Doonside, and Mount Druitt. Join a collaborative, supportive, and community-focused team.

What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Administration Officer coordinates all aspects of administrative services, ensuring smooth operations across the facility while supporting clinical and non-clinical teams.
* Implement and monitor administrative systems for efficient service delivery
* Coordinate facility operations including security, records, and reception
* Support planning and preparation for accreditation, audits, and WH&S compliance
* Lead administrative projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain effective communication across the facility to support staff and operational goals

Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in administrative service provision and / or strong interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels, support clinical teams and demonstrate commitment to quality, customer focused service provision.
* Excellent written communication skills, and demonstrated experience producing documents such as meeting minutes, briefs and spreadsheets
* Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer based information systems and electronic health record systems.
* Demonstrated initiative, organisational and planning skills with ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes both self-directed and within a team.
* Understand, oversee and implement Work Health and Safety requirements, practices and legislation
* Current NSW Driver's Licence valid within Australia
