Job Description
The Service Desk Officer is responsible for providing excellent technical support to staff, students, and parents regarding ICT services. These services include desktop and laptop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, Chromebook support, printers, desktop software, basic networking, Windows Operating Systems, ChromeOS, and phone systems.
This role plays a key part in interacting with customers and requires someone capable of providing an appropriate level of service and dealing with people who may be under stress.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate in ICT support.
* First Aid Certificate (desirable).
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an IT Support desk position.
* Employee Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain one).
